Deda through a post on his Facebook account, has explained to the self-convenient that the law of Government that they have written for themselves predicts that after the executive resignation, they would be replaced by Zv. Ministers who are not deputies.
Full Posting:
Debakli in the Parliament, and the following drama, would easily be avoided by one line, as follows:
“in line with Article 22 of the Law for Government and Article 72 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, I resign from the position [ ...] of the Government of Kosovo. ”
Letters containing this text would be published and sent to the Assembly as information.
This information would be attached to the ad hoc Commission report to verify mandates, and this report would be approved in the Parliament.
The government would not be left without leadership. Faithful Bislimi would become the prime minister's exfil, while Zv. Ministers who are not deputy would become ministers in office. That's what the Law on Government says.
Comparisons with situations in 2014, 2017 or 2017 do not stand. You are proud of the Law on Government. Respect it now.
Learn about all the chosen ones in the future. Be careful what laws you vote in the Assembly. Because you can easily end up in situations like yesterday, which can harm us all.
