PDK Secretary General Vlora Citaku has made it clear that her party will not co-operate with Vetevendosje Movement for the creation of the new government, naming a coalition “impossible”.
“The PDK prefers a coalition with the political subjects that we have until yesterday been together in the opposition”, it declared in Debat Plus.
She has stressed that they do not rule out dialogue with any political party, even with Vetevendosje, but will not rule with that party.
We will not rule out dialogue with anyone, not VV, but we will not rule with VV. We need to talk to each other, in principle it should be normal to talk. The PDK is clear and consistent, waiting for us to have a rude language but reject such a record”, she stated.
Citaku has stressed that the differences between the PDK and the LVV are essential and have nothing to do with personal resentment.
We see and experience Kosovo completely different than LVV. We believe that Kosovo needs a government that urgently turns the country into a straight track, repairing damaged reports with allies, removes sanctions, and addresses the real problems of citizens as the high price of energy, inflation and low salaries”, Citaku has declared.
She also confirmed that on April 15th, at the Convention Constituent session, The PDK will not block the election of parliament speaker, leaving the way open for institution formation.
The incumbent “Prime Minister Albin Kurti will have the first opportunity to create the government. If it fails, then PDK's turn will be at”, Citaku stressed./Periscopi/
