Cakolli stresses that Kosovo needs a stable government with a broad political base which, according to him, would be created with a coalition between Vetevendosje and the two largest opposition parties.
He adds that more likely there is a government from Vetevendosje than from the opposition because of their positions about the prime minister's post.
The government that the country needs is a broad political base, and for that it needs a VV coalition with one of the two major opposition parties. If the VV does not achieve the formation of the government, in terms of numbers a coalition of opposition and communities is possible... But the opposition has shown that it is a homogenic group, especially in terms of government formation. An opposition government is less likely than a VV government with some MPs or any coalition with any opposition parties. The big questions are for the constitutional hearing to be the session when the institutions are elected, and if a mid-term coalition eventually reaches the end of April, there may be a period when the country will be with new institutions, but it remains to be seen whether institutions will be formed by a minimal number or with greater political involvement”, Calcoli said. /21Media
