If this is confirmed, should not urgent action be taken? Or maybe someone should have had human error?

Last year we were bitten several times. Sometimes we went to the CKUK to be treated. Not just me, but the kids too. Now it's been said that the prespecies weren't right, the authorities have the wrong antidote. Is that possible to be acknowledged by responsible institutions? If this is confirmed, shouldn't urgent measures be taken? Or maybe someone should be affected by human error?
