Along with colleagues from the Central Election Commission, representatives from civil society and the continued support of the US Embassy in Kosovo on April 2nd, we were especially welcomed by the Penitators of the Pennsylvania State Senate.
We were guests of Senator Joe Pittman, with whom we long discussed the election processes and challenges of today's time.
Mr. Pittman, at the beginning of the Pennsylvania Senate session, presented our delegation, which was honoured by the senators.
