CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi said this is the legal obligation for political subjects competing in the election to hand over the election campaign's financial report no later than 30 calendar days after the certificate of final results by the CEC.
The last “date for the handover of election campaign financial reports to 28 political subjects certified for participating in the Kosovo Parliamentary Elections, which were held on February 9th 2025x1> is 28th, Elesi told RTKlive, broadcast Periscope.
As he has indicated, the political subjects who participated in this election have long been announced by the Office for Recording, Certificate and Financial Control (ZRCKFSP) for their legal obligations.
“Election campaign reports must include the period from the day of the election proclamation, August 16th 2024, to election day, February 9, 2025. Reports of the financial declaration of the election campaign, like annual financial reports, will be submitted to the audience's education process, which is selected by the Office for Recording, Certificate and Financial Control of Political Subjects through an open public contest for application”, Elezie suggested. /Periscope/
