The United Kingdom will continue to fully support Kosovo, whether it comes to recognition by other countries and membership in international institutions... There have been 14 years of negotiations now between Kosovo and Serbia for normalising relations, and the United Kingdom wants to intensify this process, play our role, come and show the president Vjosa Osmani that we are here to support Kosovo and also visit Belgrade. I think the United Kingdom is ready to play its role... It would take reconciliation of all parties for the role of the United Kingdom in this process. The main mediator, of course, is the European Union”, he has stated in an interview on the “Debate Center” in Tv1.
