British Foreign Secretary Goes to KFOR, Receives Bardon's Views of Security Situation

During the visit, KFOR said Bardon shared his views on the current security situation throughout the region and underlined KFOR's efforts to ensure a safe environment for all people living in Kosovo and in support of EU-mediated dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade” Periscope.
“General Bardonini also congratulated Secretary Lami on the recent contribution of Great Britain to KFOR and regional stability”.
Lami met a delegation of the British contingent in Camp Film City, which he praised for their continued commitment to Operation Joint Enterprise.
KFOR reiterated that it continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999 to contribute to a secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at any time and impartially.
KFOR works in close co-ordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union's Mission to Rule of Law in Kosovo (EULEX) in their respective roles as security reactors.
