Bosnia and Herzegovina's presidency today, with its members' votes -- Zeljko Komsic and Denis Becirovovic -- demanded from the Euphorus forces in Bosnia and Herzegovina to help the BiH police agencies implement the decision of state judicial authorities in the case of Milorad Dodik and others.
The BiH presidency officially asks the Euphorus forces deployed in BiH to provide assistance to BiH police agencies in implementing the decision of the BiH judicial authorities (case of Milorad Dodik and others),” reportedly in the decision. As warned, this decision will be handed over to EUFOR Commander in BiH, broadcast Periscope.
Serbian member and BiH Presidency Chairman Zeljka Cvianovic voted against that decision and announced an extraordinary session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, citing the vital national interest in abolishing that decision.
The decision adopted for the political situation in BiH says the laws, decisions and resolutions of the Republika Srpska National Assembly (NSRS), which aim to deny submission of entities to BiH sovereignty, constitute an attack on the country's constitutional and legal order and endanger its peace and stability.
The constitutions of subjects, their laws and underground acts and all activities of the entity public authorities, they stress, should be in line with the BiH Constitution and state laws. The Supreme Performer of the BiH Constitution is the Constitutional Court of BiH, whose decisions are final and binding on the entire territory of the country, the decision said.
The BiH presidency, she adds, calls on all BiH institutions to take necessary measures, each in line with its competencies, to protect the constitutional order of the BiH state.
The BiH presidency called on the BiH Council of Ministers to dismiss all leaders in police and security agencies that have failed or refused to implement judicial authorities' decisions.
They also asked the BiH Council of Ministers to impose disciplinary and criminal responsibilities for failing to implement judicial authorities' decisions. Cvianovic voted against it.
