Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has presented today in the town of Elbasan candidates for parliamentary deputies of the DP coalition, announcing May 11th as the day that, according to him, “will mark the end of the 12-year winter of the rule of Edi Rama”.
At a meeting held with citizens, Berisha named Elbasan a symbol of resistance and change. May “11th will be the day of true spring democracy for Albania. In Eddie Rama's 12 years, Elbasan became more devastated than in any invasion, more than in any war of”, he said.
Berisha promised that his team is prepared to bring a true “real birth” to this city and across the country.
The other political arm's “Deputies are mixed Ndragheta-Cela. The city will no longer be the Mafia. Gangs will go where they belong,” Berisha declared.
At the same meeting, Berisha also presented an educational platform that, according to him, will completely transform the current system. One of the main promises was the 1500-euro salary for teachers at the end of the first government mandate.
