The host of the session, Avni Dehari, advised by the VV, has today denied me and the other deputies of the House to swear!
This is a serious violation of the Constitution because it violates our right to swear!
It is a violation of his constitutional obligation, as the Constitutional Court points out in Act No. CO119/14
The Kosovo Assembly today has been occupied by the VV, taking Kosovo's regulations, laws and Constitution hostage.
