Vladimir Toliq, Blagoje Spasojevic and Dusan Maksimovic, charged with the terrorist attack on Zvecan Banjsk, today appeared before the court in Pristina.
Attendance participants include the family of the sergeant killed by the attack, Afrem Bunnjak, along with the representative lawyer, Arian Koci.
The case judge, Arben Hoti, did not allow the lawyer of one of the suspects to sit next to him, instead of the police official, because of the rules of the Correcting Service, writes IndexOnline.
Hoti began the trial hearing by inviting the defendants to present, then to follow up with confirmation that there are no changes in their data.
The defense of the accused saw the need to read the indictment, since it was read at preliminary sessions.
Near the prosecutor's case, his associates, including the investigator from the Anti-Terrorism Department, are sitting by the prosecutor, with the latter being considered unnecessary to sit next to the prosecutor.
The defendant's attorneys' request was approved by the court, which asked the investigator to release the hall.
The latter respected the court's request and left the hearing./Periscopi/
