The arrest of Serbs yesterday by police: 30 Days of Prison Required for Four Arrested Persons

“According to the prosecution's request, among other things it claims there is a suspicion based that defendants with initials B.R., N.V., P.C., M.S., of Serbian nationalism, dated 05.04.2025, at R. “Gasper Karaqi” in Gjakova, defendants in co-ordination and acting contrary to the No. 05 L-022, Article 2 points 1.24, possess cold weapons, and one (1) axe, a (1) knife, and a (1) sawpin knife, so that after the ban by police officials on the basis of the regular proceedings, because the same with the grey-collar Toyota vehicle, which was run by defendant B.R., had exceeded speed in the restricted speed zone, and after having been asked by police officials for access to or possession of anything in the same vehicle that had not been answered by the same law, where he had expressed his own desire for control of the vehicle and the police officials found a high-line vehicle, where he was asked to have been asked by the police officials in a formal official in a recent manner, and he had been asked to have been able to do so that he had an official in a trip to do so that the same order that he had an official in a report in a trip to do so far back to do so that the official in a few parts of the police officers in a few years.

Banning Four Indictees Required

Gjakova, April 07th 2025 The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, the General's Department, announces the public opinion that against defendants with initials B.R., N.V., P.K., M.S., of Serbian Nationality, has taken office for the beginning of investigations and filed a motion, at the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure.
According to the prosecution's request, there is also speculation that the defendants with initials B.R., N.V., P.C., M.S., of Serbian nationalism, dated 05.04.2025, on the R. “Gasper Karaqi” in Gjakova, defendants in co-ordination and acting contrary to the No. 05 L-022, Article 2 points 1.24, possess cold weapons, and one (1) axe, a (1) knife, and a (1) sawpin knife, so that after the ban by police officials because the same with the gray-collar Toyota vehicle, which was run by the defendant B.R., had passed the speed in the restricted speed zone and since the car driver during the procedure was asked by police officials whether he had anything illegal in the car that he had not responded to anything by himself, where he had expressed his desire for control of the vehicle and that police officials have been able to carry the same high-line vehicles where they have been asked by the police officials in a long manner that they have been able to have been held in a trip to do so far from Kosovo.
Such actions create doubt that defendants with initials B.R., N.V., P.K., M.S., have committed criminal work possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons from Article 366 par.1 concerning KPR's Article 31.
