Police spokesman for the Prizren region, Vesel Gashi, said the 48-hour detention measure has been imposed on two suspects, reports Periscope.
“Today, at 06.04.2025, around 12: 00 p.m., three cars with Serbian license plates, in which there were 12 persons citizens of Serbia who were detained at the Arace Bridge. Persons and cars have been searched and then accompanied to the Prizren police station for legitimacy and interviewing. After the interview, ten people have been released, while the other two have been detained after being introduced as members of the Serbian MUP, but they had no documentation to prove it.”, Gashi says.
Four Serb pilgrims have been arrested in Gjakova on Saturday under suspicion of destabilisation.
