Arrest required for suspected chocolate theft and knife use

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has called for the detention assignment of Serbian citizen N.T., suspected of stealing chocolate “Nutela” and using the knife during the escape attempt.
According to prosecutor Paulin Pashku's request, the event occurred on April 24, 2025, at around 13:42, at the “market I have” in Pristina. The suspect has received chocolate “Nutela” worth over 20 euros and has left without paying.
The prosecution charges N. T. with criminal work “Vell”, according to Article 313, paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK), reports A pledge of justice, Transmitt Periscope.
But that was not all. On the path “Marin Barleti”, after being followed by two citizens, E.A. and R.G., the suspect allegedly used the knife to intimidate, telling witnesses “the street” while holding the knife in his hand.
For this action, the prosecution is loading N. T. -on even with criminal work “Using weapons or dangerous tools”, based on Article 163 of KPRK.
The hearings for the detention assignment are held before Pristina's Prosecution Judge Adnan Kamberi at the Foundation Court.
