Will there be an arrangement for the House today? Political subjects in silence for developments

The session for the Kosovo Assembly Constitution is expected to continue at 12: 00 today. Today's session is a continuation of Tuesday's session, where the report on verifying MPs' mandates failed to be voted. After the failure of the session Tuesday, Kosovo Assembly Speaker Avni Dehari wrote letters to President Vjosa Osmani, where he announced the developments in the session and asked for suggestions on how to proceed, report Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
But what is expected to happen today at the Kosovo Assembly?
Telegrafi has asked the political subjects LVV, PDK, LDK and AAK what position they will take in the session, but that the same so far have not returned any answers.
It is noteworthy that on Tuesday, deputies from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) voted against the report, saying that members of the Government, who have been elected MPs, had to resign officially earlier so that they could swear as MPs to the new parliamentary composition.
The Vetevendosje (LVV) movement has repeatedly said the executive is in resignation since the four-year mandate ends on 23 March.
This situation is considered unprecedented in Kosovo's parliamentary history.
Former Constitutional Court judge and one of the founders of the Constitution of Kosovo, Kadri Kryeziu, in a statement on Telegrafi, has commented on this institutional stalemate and clarified the possible steps to follow.
“Conceptually, preparations have been that the hearing failed both by the opposition and the incumbent party having more votes. The party that has the majority has the greatest responsibility, and has had to communicate to enable the Assembly's constitutionalisation,”, Kryeziu said.
According to him, according to Article 12, 5 of the Parliament Rule, the session should not be terminated indefinitely, but must continue within 48 hours.
He added that MPs are still not legitimate, because only the oath before the Assembly makes them so. According to Kryeziu, the current situation is merely procedural and technical. /Periscope/
