He's ironic that if it wasn't great damage, he likes the idea of a VV-Nisma government by 61 votes.

It is not known whether he has reached the deal he has been looking for Limaj at Kurti, but one is known that he has given a large handful of opposition ideas to give Kosovo a government that brings him out of the dead.
Personally, if it wasn't great, I'd like the idea of a VV-Nisma government with 61 votes. Not that something but a matter of principle.
