In Olive, the laboratory promoted by President Osmani, patients pay. While in public hospitals, tests are offered free or symbolic payment.
Just because we don't have functional health insurance, we can't talk about equality between the public sector and private. It's not a matter of choice. Only those with financial opportunities go to Olive and private clinics and hospitals. Others do not even have the luxury of choice.
