Special Appeals Court panel has rejected motion Peter Shala's presenting additional evidence.
As this court suggests, in this case, the teacher asked to call Sokol Dobrun as her witness and that transcripts and notes regarding his testimony in other matters and interviews be accepted as additional evidence, the Rapotan clancosova broadcasts Periscope.
“Panel praised the proposed evidence and deemed it sufficiently reliable, but found they were available at the time of trial or could have been discovered through the exercise of appropriate zeal. Moreover, the panel praised the impact of these evidence and concluded that they would not have influenced the act of prejudice if they had been accepted during the trial. Consequently, the panel rejected the defence motion”, the tribunal in The Hague reports.
