According to assessments by the Court of Appeals, the Constitutional Court has not provided sufficient and convincing reasons to ascertain that the attorney's actions of Semsedin Piraj have hampered Judge Fatime Dermaku in leadership of the initial hearing.

Also, according to Apel, Piraj's lawyer's request not to overlook the request of the accused Cocalla Confronter who had sought not to plead guilty without consulting his lawyer, Rudec Dodaj he couldn't be overlooked, as Cocalla and Naim Mursel are being charged with co-ordination along with the protection of Piright, Naim Murel.
The “Justice Vow” has contacted lawyer Shemsedin Piraj to understand whether the Constitutional Court has decided in restoration and what is the verdict, but he has stated that he has not yet accepted a decision from the Foundation.
