Civic protest under the organisation of the “initiative, not a cent more”, began on Saturday, in opposition to renewed expensive electricity.
Under the “15% does not pass! Private Monopoly does not exceed” a modest number of citizens are gathered in “square Skenderbe” beginning at 1500pm, broadcast Periscope.

The Energy Regulatory Office proposed that the price of electricity be expensive for 15 percent, starting in April of this year. Such a proposal was rejected by the presidency.
Meanwhile, the incumbent government proposed a much softer <x0 output” of the electricity price.
