In this case, Dragisa Milenkovic is accused of dehumanising prisoners in Pristina and Lipjan prison.
The indictment against Milenkovic was announced Wednesday by the chairman of the panel, Kujtim Krasniqi, reports <x), broadcast Periscope.
Judge Krasniqi said that against Milenkovic over the war crimes charge, the Court declares a 7-year prison sentence, while for illegal weapons was sentenced to a thousand-500-euro fine, while the weapon in question is ordered to be confiscated.
The accused was also charged with spending the procedure on 300 euros and 100 euros on the crime victims' funding.
The same continued the detention measure until the full might of the act.
The incident, founded on December 26th, 2023 by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, charges Dragisa Milenkovjcin that in the quality of Pristina and Lipjan Prison Guardian, during the period of war in Kosovo 1998-1999, in Pristina and Lipjan Prison, in systematic co-ordination had persecuted Albanian prisoners.
On January 10, 2024, Milenkovic was declared innocent of war crimes at the initial session, while he pleaded guilty to illegal possession. /Periscope/
