“The Economy Minister, the fiery solar lobbyist, spends the public money on RKS taxpayers in Berlin for a 10-minute speech on training solar panel installations. One thing as replaceative as “as nobody in Kosovo cares, except her friends who think Kosovars are looking forward to solar panels as the salvation of the economy and purchasing power.
