FACT ET BEFORE PROPAGAND
The LVV government, it is true, is the first government to have completed a full mandate, but it is true that it is the most failed post-war government.
Because, in LVV government:
• Kosovo is under sanctions.
• Since four years we have no recognition, we have no membership in international organisations.
• Kosovo has never been more isolated.
During this time, Kurti has bequeathed Kosovo the Brussels Agreement, the Ohrid annex and has accepted the draft association of Serb majority municipalities leading to federalisation of the country, or better said towards defunctioning the state of Kosovo.
The socioeconomic situation has never been heavier; during this mandate Kosovo has experienced the largest price increase since its declaration of independence, the price of electricity has increased twice, and growth has now been under way for the third time. No wages have been increased, they have been raised only for political staff, while for others, growth has been almost unsavory.
There has been no development, no reform policy to improve the business environment, for more than most institutions called to serve businesses have been dysfunctional almost during the entire mandate: OSHP, KPM, AK, KNSH, etc.
Central-level capital investments have been the lowest in post-war history, if we take into account the inflation that has occurred here. No capital project has been completed, nor those since the beginning of the mandate were in half: the Mitrovica road, the Pec road, the route to Podujevo, the road to Gjilan, the Doll-Gjakov street, etc.
• The cost of living citizens has doubled, and the number of families living in poverty has increased.
• The Law on the minimum wage is not being implemented. The case of women who have worked on maintaining the Parliament building has been spreading the inability of this government that even within institutions cannot enforce laws.
• Foreign investment is all about buying housing on the side of our exile.
• The trade deficit has deepened. Kosovo has closed 2024 with 5.3 billion euros of trade deficit, and this deficit is being driven away in 2025.
Education has degraded, no school year has begun over time, experiments with book supply have resulted in hundreds and thousands of hours lost and no one has claimed responsibility. There has been no investment or reform.
There was no investment in health. They have painted several corridors and clinics, but the supply of drugs has never been, left long waiting lists for citizens, sized not for government officials. While they are praising the Law for unifying the price of drugs, the Law that no one is yet implementing.
This government is noted for corruption scandals. In less than one term, 2,123 single-source contracts have been signed. The KEK tenders, where people without a position decide on tenders for millions then the case of Nagip Krasniqi, the Martin Berishaj case, the case of Naser Hafizi, the case of subsidies at the MBZHR, the case of subsidies in the MKRS, the case of subsidies to the Ministry of Local Power, the Ministry of Communities and Kthim, and dozens of other cases, which are taken to this day by Albin and below, indicate that the LV government is corrupt and no attempt to fight corruption on the contrary.
In view of these corruption levels, these have been interested in making neither Vetting nor the Bureau for Confiscating of Riches. These four years have tried to capture the justice system by politicising both the KKP and the Bureau so they can protect their corrupts.
It is precisely this government that has violated the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo 10 times.
In the north today, no electricity is paid on property, because in 2022 it is 78m euros, and in 2023 it is 35.7m euros. All these are paid by the COSTT and Kosovo budget tools.
In the North today most institutions are dysfunctional and, whenever it decides to return to normality there, we have exactly where we were four years ago.
In the meantime, they never told why they let Radochi go for sunlight until he was watched by camera.
Success! ?
