The Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtre (PZAP) has dismissed the Vetevendosje Movement's request for abolishing and repeating the vote via mail at the time of last month's parliamentary elections.
But with that decision the Vetevendosje Movement has not agreed.
Sami Kurteshi at the CEC meeting has indicated that the decision is arbitrary and will be rejected by the VV.
Kurteshi has said he will be sent to the Supreme Court as well..
