Mirsad Shkreta is the only candidate to have passed the written test for the position of director of the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo (QKSUK), according to a competition held last week.
The Kosovo Hospital Clinical and University Service (SHSKUK) has published the results of the written test, which are presented by code. However, sources of Democracy within the institution confirm that the only candidate to have passed the test is Mirsad Shkretta, former Self-Deputes Movement President, MP's candidate in the February 9th elections and LVV branch chairman in Elez's Hani municipality.
According to published results, Shretta passed the test at 65.5 points, while former CKSUK director Kastriot Meqa has not passed it, garnering only 47 points. In addition, candidates Zana Slamnik-Dalipi, Aida Rexhepi and Shqirim Bajrami have not participated in the test.
Democracy. com The chairman of the Commission's selection of KKSUK director, where Shkretta was the only candidate to pass the written test, is Ardian Shefkiu, broadcast. Periscope.
Shefkiu is a close friend of the Shkreta and simultaneously open supporter of the Vetevendosje Movement. This is noted by several of his posts on the social network Facebook, where he publicly supported Shkret as deputy candidate from LV's ranks.

Sources within USKUK also confirm that Shefkiu previously held the position of director of the Children's Surgery Clinic. After that, he has been appointed head of USKUK's healthcare director. This position was created as part of the new regulation for the systematisation of jobs at USKUK, but this regulation was suspended by the Constitutional Court following the indictment of several employees of the institution.
With the suspension of the regulation, Shefkiu's position as health director falls, creating a vague situation on his status within the USKUK. Despite the suspension, he has been appointed as chairman of the commission for the competition for the KKKKUK director, raising questions about his legitimacy in the process.
