Trump-Putin call warned this week

Witkoff told him. CNN that discussions with Putin over the past several hours were “positive” and “based on solutions”, broadcast Periscope.
As The Guardian writes, he refused to confirm when asked whether Putin's demands included handing over Ukrainian forces to Kursk; international recognition of the Ukrainian territory seized by Russia; restrictions on Ukraine's ability to mobilise; ban of Western military aid; and stopping foreign peacekeepers.
Putin said on Thursday he supports a ceasefire, but outlined numerous details that must be negotiated before the agreement can be concluded. The Russian president said he was open to a 30-day US proposed ceasefire, but offered unclear conditions for his support, raising questions about what the Kremlin wants.
