During his speech before the US Congress on March 4th, Trump said he received a letter from Zelensky, in which the Ukrainian leader has expressed his willingness to sit at the negotiating table.
“, earlier today, I received an important letter from Ukraine's President Zelensky. The letter says: Ukraine is willing to come to the negotiating table as soon as possible to bring lasting peace closer. Nobody wants more peace than Ukrainians”, Trump said quoting the letter.
