Kocevski said it has been found that the object lacks a hydrant network, insufficient number of fire extinguishers, sufficient number of doors and fire-resistant roofs, and that the object has been destined for easy industry, not hotels.
“I have formed a prosecutorial team consisting of two prosecutors from Skopje, two from the Public Prosecutor in Kocan and one from Staff, suggesting that another be employed during the day by the Public Prosecutor at Stip. Several activities have been undertaken, under the order of the public prosecutor for autopsy of the deceased”.

From today's survey on the site, these conditions have been outlined:

Perotechnic materials have been used illegally without proper permission, and without companies to power the pyrotechnics.
The State Inspectorate of Construction and Urbanity was also present. The facility is registered as a light industrial business object of 419 square meters. No changes have been made to hotel objects. Despite the fact that the object has no change, it has permission to operate by the Ministry of Economy as the 4th object, issued 15 years ago”, Kocevski said.
