He is the closest man to Tirana's arrested mayor and has accompanied Erion Veliaj to SPAK when he was called for questioning before being cuffed.
The municipality official met Veliaj the day after he surrendered and was seen holding several documents and the book The Black Swan”, which he apparently sent to the mayor to read in custody.
