On unplanned holidays between, and in a closed session without even showing the image of the panel, the testimony has started today in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague to witness 125 in the “Thaci case and others”.
The prosecution has yet to publish little of the nature of his testimony, but it is known that the same is speaking from a third video-connected country, and has sparked great debate between defence and prosecution over the past weeks of his physical failure to appear in court.
As a result of the court's decision that the witness has presented sufficient evidence for health problems that enable him to travel to The Hague, four of the accused have been presented at the hearings through video connection./Periscopi/
