Suspects of abuse of position, Court Leaves Iron Nikchin under house arrest

Both were detained on Thursday under the order of the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor for 48 hours, under suspicion of misuse of office.
Nikci, who has been illegally appointed to the position of chief labour inspector, allegedly committed criminal acts “KEqui use of official position or authority”, “Cenim of rights from the work relationship” and “Unauthorized use of property”.
Even Shalaku has been detained because of alleged criminal acts “due to the use of official position or authority” and “Cenim of rights from the work relationship”.
