Supremeian rejects PDK's Petrit Hajdari complaint

The Supreme Court has refused the PDK's candidate for deputy, Petrit Hajdari, as unequipped. Hajdari had addressed the Supreme One after the same complaint was once dropped by PZAP.
“H., from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), headquartered in Pristina, presented against Central Election Commission (KQZ), headquartered in Pristina, against the final results for the Kosovo Republic's Assembly of 09.02.2025. ”
Against the above-mentioned decision, MP candidate P. H., by Political Subject the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), headquartered in Pristina, has in the long run filed a complaint with the Supreme Court, with which it disputes the general election results, or claims the same has been damaged for a certain number of votes as a result of irregularities with which voting rights and integrity of the election process have been violated, as a consequence of which the same has remained outside the list of candidates that will be certified, and that in the Cerestal Centre <1> at the Centre of the Supreme Commission, with the Supreme Court's proposal that allows for a re-propossponsal POHRHOSSY, whatever decision is issued by the Fifth Court, the CHPCH3H3HS, the CECHCHOCHOCHS, and the CECHOCHOCECHOCHOSSECHCECECECECECECECECECECECECECECECECECECECECECECEECECECECE Periscope.
A636/2025 decision PZAP e says Hajdari's complaints filed against were denied ground The CEC against final results of the February 9th elections.
Hajdari claims that on February 22nd by three citizens, he has accepted information that at a polling site in Prizren's municipality, despite having voted for him, according to the final results, he has received only one vote.
These three citizens, Ridvan Islamaj, Office Islamaj and Selver Islamaj, have claimed that friends and relatives of theirs have voted for Hajdari.
Hajdari, number 51 on the PDK list, has failed to become an MP, though he has received 16 thousand and 733 votes.
