Today is the second day in which the Thaci family is expecting numerous people for comfort in the case of the family head's death. And as long as there's only one day left of expectations for the mayor, it's still not known whether former President Thaci will be able to join the family at all.
In this case, news.net has contacted Special Court officials to get an answer if Thaci will be allowed to visit Kosovo, but from there said that “at the moment, the court is unable to provide information on any concrete request or decision concerning Mr. Thaci”
The Special Court announced that this situation requires preparation. According to special spokesman Michael Doyle after her request and treatment, some preparation should be made where close coordination with a number of actors and complex logistical agreements, including flights and security, are required.

Despite Thaci's request, Luca Mistic, who took place on Monday at 2: 00 p.m. to be allowed to attend Father's funeral, the Court ruled for no.
“Z. Thaci applied yesterday before 2: 00 p.m. to attend today's funeral. Mr. Thaci will not attend today's funeral. I won't have any further comments at the moment”, Mistic wrote.
We remember that Thaci was in Kosovo last week after his father's deteriorating health. The Special Court confirmed that his position in Kosovo has been developed under the supervision of strict security measures, stressing the humanitarian character of the given permit.
On March 13th, when Thaci came to Kosovo, he was allowed to stay with his father at KKUK for about 4 hours. His meeting with his father was conveyed by increased police forces until he was informed that he could meet only his wife and son.
His brothers and other family members have been seen outside the CKUK, seeing Thaci from a distance as many other citizens who had gathered there that day.
Similar situations in cases of death included former KLA leaders who also continue to be tried under the Specialised Chambers in The Hague. The requests for burial were refused, and in some cases they were allowed to come to the front of the funeral or to the hospital where the family was lying.
These events have increased civic distrust in this court, in which for years the trial of former KLA leaders is continuing until they are separated from life by many loved ones.
