It will be his first visit to the quality of the European Union's special representative for dialogue since he took office on February 1st, when he inherited Miroslav Lajcak.
The visit will take place between 17 and 19 March, reports rtk, broadcast Periscope.
Initially it was planned for Soren to visit Serbia the same week, but that the trip to Belgrade has already been cancelled and postponed for another moment.
There is no official confirmation whether the annulment of the visit to Belgrade concerns the current situation in Serbia and the protests that are taking place in this country.
According to European officials, the eventual meetings within the dialogue, Sorensen will take place only after making visits, both to Kosovo and Serbia.
Among the first topics to address Sorensen at the joint meetings will be the issue of missing persons.
The chief negotiators of Kosovo and Serbia agreed in December to implement the missing people's declaration, which was adopted at the leadership level in May 2023.
The first meeting of the Joint Commission of Kosovo and Serbia for the Undiscovered, organised on January 15th, failed after the Serb side refused to participate.
