According to the official presidency agenda, Sorensen will be expected by the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, at a meeting expected to begin at 09:45.
Later, at 10:30, the European emissary will meet with incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
While, after this meeting, the Danish emissary will also hold a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, who covers the process of dialogue and European integration.
Sorensen took office as emissary for Brussels' dialogue on 1 September last year.
