During his visit to Kosovo, the European Union's special envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Peter Sorensen, has also held a meeting with KFOR Commander Enrico Bardini, where they have discussed the security situation in the country.
The news has been made known through a media communique published on the social Facebook network.
“They discussed thoughts on various topics, including long-term security throughout Kosovo, the situation of regional stability, and KFOR's efforts in supporting EU facilitated dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade”, said in the communiqué.
Bardonini, during the meeting, has stressed KFOR's steadfast commitment to supporting all efforts by the international community, to the benefit of long-term security in Kosovo and regional stability.
