SBASK congratulates teachers on March 7th: Some of you are retiring, taking only retirement

SBASK has congratulated the teachers on March 7th Teacher's Day. In their congratulations, the UNIK sends you the warmest wishes and unbounded gratitude for your hard work and the dedication shown over the years in educating new generations. Thanks to your commitment, today we have many doctors of science, doctors, lawyers, judges, prosecutors and professionals who contribute to the development of our society. In particular, we want to honour your contribution during the difficult 1990-1999 years, when, in the face of major challenges, you were expelled from schools and left without pay. However, you continued your noble mission without stopping even one day, educating new generations under difficult conditions”, the SBASK communiqué says.
On the other hand, it is stressed that a considerable number of you joined the KLA ranks, contributing to the liberation of our country. That date corresponds to the KLA epipea, making it even more significant.
However, we feel a deep concern that our country currently does not fully recognise this extraordinary contribution of the 1990s. As a result, some of you are retired by taking on only the pension of old age, without properly being valued with the contributing pension you deserve. The SBASK will continue to engage in your rights and for full recognition of your precious contribution”, let SBASK know.
