Rutte will be present today and tomorrow, along with a NATO delegation
Kosovo police have indicated that in certain times certain roads will be banned, while citizens will have to use alternative routes.
Kosovo's “Police, during this visit, will take care of preserving public order and calm during the time of the escort movement and the time of the delegation's stay in the Republic of Kosovo.
To enable free circulation of escorts along the route of movement, as well as development of activities according to the visit agenda, Kosovo police will make temporary disruptions in traffic circulation (at short intervals) of several road segments (where it is expected to pass escorta) and in close proximity to state objects where there will be a reorient of traffic on alternative roads, so Kosovo police seek full understanding on the part of citizens and participants in traffic”, the report states.
