The region's governor, Oleh Kiper, reported that the fears hit a high-resident building, a shopping centre and other infrastructure objects.
This attack occurred while the Czech president, Petr Pavel, was in town for a meeting.
Despite a possible deal on a limited ceasefire, air strikes from Russia have continued, causing concerns about the effectiveness of the proposed ceasefire, especially in terms of energy infrastructure.
Following the call between the leaders of Ukraine and the US, the parties have agreed in principle for a temporary pause in attacks on energy infrastructure, however, some details of the agreement remain unclear.
Russia has also accused Ukraine of violating the ceasefire, citing an attack carried out before the deal came into force. Moscow Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said Ukraine has attacked a Russian oil depot, thus violating the ceasefire.. /Periscopi/
