Yuri Sack, an adviser to the Ukraine Strategic Industry Ministry, describes it as an attack on “a civil and peaceful hotel”.
Zelensky says American and British volunteers from a humanitarian organisation were among those at the hotel in Krivy Rich.
In its channel, Zelensky says the rescue operation at Chryvy Rih “lasted all night”.
“Ballistic missiles hit an ordinary hotel. Shortly before the attack, volunteers from a humanitarian organisation from Ukraine, the United States and Britain were registered at the hotel,”, he says.
They survived because they managed to get out of their rooms. Unfortunately, though, four people were killed in the attack. ”
