Runt for KSF mandate, former commander: His statement is political

Chief General NATO, Mark Rutte, during a media conference with Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, has declared that NATO is tasked to ensure that the Kosovo Security Force (FSK) is developed as an effective force on humanitarian issues.
