This prosecutor's decision comes after LDK deputy candidate Rzazarta Krasniqi has charged there has been misuse of votes in some centres.

The former chairman of Vushtrri, Xhafer Tahiri has charged that Rzazarta's brother Krasniqi has threatened the LDK's secretary branch in Vushtrri, Betim Grabca, with life.
Those charges have been flatly denied by politician Rhezarta Krasniqi.
She said in a brief premonition to Periscope that her brother didn't commit murder to anyone, as expected.
