Central Election Commission spokesman (KQZ) Valmir Elesi has confirmed this.
According to him, this process has been developed at the Centre for Counting and Results (QNR), in accordance with the Election Panel's decision on Anxiety and Parashtre (PZAP).
The recount is conducted under the supervision of CEC staff and observers of political subjects.
