This, then joins northern Macedonia and then Montenegro. Bosnia and Herzegovina, meanwhile, is an active part of the exchange.
This could be the most authentic concept of Balkan democratic defence.
This is not at all replacing our commitment to NATO membership, but only a practical aspect of the common response. This would even facilitate advancing the idea for the permanent American presence in Kosovo to return to the main supporter in response to crises.
