Ramem Bouja- Former member of the KLA General Staff has recalled the time of March 24th 1999 when there were challenges at the time for talks being held in Rambouille. One moment Buya recalls is when KFOR commanders were told that” bore responsibility” regarding developments being taking place at the time.
Buja said former president Hashim Thaci has been the most reliable international point for wartime circumstances.
“NING was in Kletcha in June 1998. But to complete and hold the Rambouillet conference, it was our boys. He had diplomacy. Hashim Thaci had the main burden of this diplomacy. He's been able to lead, establish freedom of country. The international's most reliable point has been Hashim Thaci”, said Buja in Dukagjin broadcasts Periscope.
He added that uniting Kosovars under war circumstances had only one goal -- that of Kosovo's freedom.
