The Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtre (PZAP) has taken the decision to accept the Vetevendosje Movement's complaint of irregularities during the vote count at the Counting and Results Centre.
The PZAP ordered 21 ballot papers from the polling station to be assessed as valid and included in the final outcome. The ruling party had complained about several ballots, saying they were declared invalid.
PZAP's reasoning reportedly on March 1st has accepted a complaint claiming by the VV that during the voting count process at the QNR in Pristina, the ballots have been declared invalid due to a technical error during the crackdown.
“According to the complaint front-runner, points out that specifically based on the legal provisions in power, the voter must personally type/press the ballot from the official CEC page. In the relevant ballot papers, during this printing process, notes that the ballots have not been printed as complete, though the goal of voters is clearly seen. But since this is not the case and the voter has initially printed the ballot in domestic conditions, ever dictated by the sent and the fully technical and technological specifications, it should be considered that the goal of voters, as the Law” defines, is said at the PZAP report.
And in another decision, PZAP has dismissed the political subject's complaint the United Roma Party of Kosovo (PRBK) for irregularities during management and counting of votes at the Communist Centre in Prizren's municipality.
