The Public Prosecutor has shared the latest information about the fire tragedy at the discotheque “Pulse” in Kocan.
Over 30 people are suspected of fire, which claimed the lives of 59 people.
Two criminal charges have been set up for 34 physical and 3 persons in connection with fire in Kocan, which resulted in the loss of 59 lives at a discotheque on 16 March. The charges have been raised for criminal work “heavy anti-general security” under Article 292 concerning “causing general risk” under Article 288 of the Penal Code. A person has also been submitted to “bribe taking under Article 357 of Penal Code”, prosecutors inform, Telegrafi reports Periscope.
We remember that as a result of the tragedy, the state has declared 7 days of mourning while all relevant institutions for increased control of the country's discotact licenses have been mobilised.
Fire in Kocan has over 170 people seriously injured, while most are being treated through the hospitals of Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, Spain, Holland, Turkey, etc.
According to recent information from the Health Ministry, the state of patients undergoing treatment in the country is stable
