The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has announced that he has sought from the Constitutional Court in Prizren, the appointment of a 30-day detention measure against two N.I. and E.M. suspects.
The two detainees are suspected of criminal activity “Blery possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope substances and analogue”.
“Foundation Procurory in Prizren, the Department of Criminals of the Wind, announces the public opinion that he has sought from the Constitutional Court in Prizren, the appointment of a 30-day detention measure to two (2) suspected persons: N.I., and E.M., due to suspicion based on co-ordination that “Bler possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotropope and analogoque” from Article 267, par.2 related to Article 275 par.1 points from Article 31, also the N.I.I. defendant has committed criminal acts <x4Blerja>, ownership, distribution and the sale of unauthorized narcotics, psychologic and psycholog> to subtype> from Article 31, plus pre-ex, <6th) to control or 366th> from Kosovo, according to the Pen66/7> It says the D.A.'s announcement.
