The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has filed charges against two people, F.D. (1972) and F.D. (1992), for criminal acts “Attack” and “Canosja”, according to the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the indictment, on February 9, 2025, in Prizren, defendants have attacked and sealed two people -- A.M. and M.J. -- following an earlier social networking dispute.
The first defendant has used physical force against the injured, while the second defendant has attacked M.J. And hath caused him to pass on an ill speech.
The prosecutor of the case has demanded that the defendants be convicted and sentenced by law./Periscopi/
